Sigmafine Scheduler Introduction
Pimsoft Sigmafine Scheduler is a standard scheduler that allows you to automatically run Sigmafine analyses. The Scheduler executes Sigmafine analyses in the background and updates all the clients accordingly, based on the schedules you create. The following features are provided by the Sigmafine Scheduler:
- Automatic analysis execution: Allows for periodically triggered, automatic background scheduling of Sigmafine analyses. (Event-based or condition-based triggers are not supported).
- Multiple Sigmafine/AF database and analyses: Supports scheduling of analysis in multiple AF database.
- Overlapping execution avoidance: Automatically detects overlapping execution and avoids concurrent blocking execution of the analysis
- Advanced scheduling with history recover: Automatically supports advanced scheduling options and history recovery of analysis runs. Floating window scheduling is also supported.
- Inter-dependency: Supports the execution of inter-dependent analyses in order to create a logical chain of calculations.
- Sliding window time-frames support: Supports the execution of sliding windows cases executions. This means that cases within the same analysis can be partially overlapped.
- Automatic recovery to the latest case: Allows you to set a rule for skipping the executions in order for every execution to include the most up-to date case.
- Advanced platform features: Allows for multiple parallel processing in very demanding environments and lets you define which execution platform (x86 vs x64) to be used for each specific analysis.
- Special cases management: Supports UTC scheduling management and DST transitions management.
